The primary domain name is usually the domain used when you sign up for a hosting plan and is the main domain name of your cPanel account.
If you sign up with the domain name example.com, this will be the primary domain on your cPanel account and will be accessible within the public_html folder.
Only one primary domain name can be assigned to any cPanel account, however, this can be changed if needed. Simply contact us with details of the domain name you wish to change this to and we will be happy to do this.
Please note: We are only able to change your primary domain name if this is not already on the server either as an addon domain or another cPanel account.
