Blacklist an email address in Webmail

Although Webmail includes spam features as standard, this may not always be effective and there may be times when you need to add an email address or even an entire domain name to your blacklist.

In this short article, we will show you how to blacklist an email address in Webmail. This is a quick and easy process and can be completed by following these steps:

  1. Log in to your cPanel account and navigate to Email>Spam Filters.
  2. Scroll down to the Additional Configurations section and click on Show Additional Configurations.
  3. Under Whitelist, click on Edit Spam Blacklist Settings.
  4. From here, you can click on Add A New “blacklist_from” Item and add the email address you wish to add to your blacklist.

You can also use the “*” and “?” wildcard options to add full domains to your blacklist instead of single email addresses.

All email addresses and domain names added to your blacklist will automatically be routed to your spam folder.
