Whitelist an email address in Webmail

Spam filters are a great way to reduce the number of unwanted emails in your inbox, however, sometimes legitimate emails can be caught up in these filters and routed to your spam folder, never to be seen again.

This can be a problem if the email is important and often emails in spam can be missed. In this article, we will show you how to whitelist an email address in Webmail. This is a quick and easy process and can be completed by following these steps:

  1. Log in to your cPanel account and navigate to Email>Spam Filters.
  2. Scroll down to the Additional Configurations section and click on Show Additional Configurations.
  3. Under Whitelist, click on Edit Spam Whitelist Settings.
  4. From here, you can click on Add A New “whitelist_from” Item and add the email address you wish to add to your whitelist.

You can also use the “*” and “?” wildcard options to add full domains to your whitelist instead of single email addresses.

All email addresses and domain names added to your whitelist will automatically be routed to your inbox folder instead of the spam folder.
