If you use WHMCS as your billing software you may notice an error when setting up reseller hosting packages in WHMCS. In order to solve this issue, you need to configure WHMReseller in WHMCS correctly. To do this:
- Create Master and Reseller products in WHMCS as “Shared Hosting” product types. WHMCS will then treat them as standard cPanel accounts. WHMreseller will handle everything else.
This comes directly from the developers of WHMReseller so this should then enable your reseller hosting accounts to be fully automated in WHMCS.
